The Eyes
March 2, 2008 by engtovo
I gave myself a photo assignment yesterday, the eyes, since mine were the only ones around I had to turn the camera on myself, then with filters I had all kinds of fun
Just have to call this one “looking to heaven” LOL ![]()

These two I kept the rest of the face but tried to use filters and such that would emphasize the eyes. They were similar shots but not the same shot. I’m not exactly photogenic which is why I stay behind the camera most of the time. Probably would have helped if I put on some make up! Had a tiny bit of old mascara on which didn’t help LOL As Bestali says “oh gosh too bad”
This one I just had a little fun with I put a shot of the moon in the background that was actually one of those night chemtrail pics and then tweaked with some filters, there is this cool texture but you can’t see it in the optimized jpg worth a damn.

these all came out great - i enjoyed looking at them. very interesting results.
thanks for sharing

Same, as in the above comment…

I love that song
wow watching the video is weird though how innocent they all look!
Some of them have come out really well;
These picture remind me of something I have recently been more concerned about,real Intimacy(in-to-me-see).I see beauty and strenth in your eyesThanks for the insight!Your skin appears to be as beautiful as your eyes.I am amazed you appear so healthy,considering we are approx.the same age my wrinkles are coming on!What ever you are doing it appears to be working!
Thanks Patrick
I eat low carb for one thing, When I start eating sugar and all the regular food crap my skin starts to get more wrinkles and gets sort of swollen in a hurry. Then if I go back to low carb it returns to normal in a few weeks. Other than that I use a microdermabrasion cream a couple times a week in the shower, I would make myself a special peptide serum if i had the extra cash
Oh and I make my own colloidal silver and I usually spray that on my face every morning right out of the shower to help kill bacteria.
I think most important of all though is how we see age. If you believe you will look or act a certain way when you reach a certain number than that is very powerful. My attitude about life is that every day I can start something new, learn something new and my number is irrelevant. My sister who is seven years older than I thought her life was basically over by the time she was my age and she looks WAY older than me. She shut down her curiosity and desire to experience life and that starts the dying process. Both my parents on the other hand, even though long since divorced, are still working in their mid 70s, because neither could afford to retire. It has kept both of them looking at life from a different perspective though. It is like neither of them could give themselves permission to be OLD, as our society sees age. So they both look much younger than they are. My mom being a nurse often has patients her own age and it shocks her to see how old and decrepit they are. That just makes her attitude about youth all the stronger, she looks at them and says hell no, that’s not me!
